A Charming Jade Pouring Vessel; beautifully carved in the form of a pomegranate from nephrite jade of white colour with areas of mottle beige. The ovoid form flairs at the mouth to represent the calyx and the base narrows to a raised foot rim. A gently curved handle is to the side. The fruit is peeled back in one area to reveal the seeds.
